Hi!
I recently got a very good deal on the dali oberon 1 and am looking for an amp to power them. My budget is limited, but I'm open to buy used (Im located in Germany).
The room is about 10x16 feet (3x5 meters), and I like to listen on low volume. I am still very new to the HiFi Community, but have been looking around at some options like the wiim amp, cambridge audio axa (I quite like the sound of cambridge audio) or a roksan ka 1 mkIII (heard the dalis on a roksan k3 and was very impressed).

Any advice is appreciated!

Thanks, how long do you I think id have to wait? The cheapest I see right now is 400€, with the average beeing around 600€. Is there a reason you recommend this specific model?
You'll be waiting a long time bu there are slightly older vserion to choose from

A Rotel Integrated Amplifier RA-05 you should be able to pick for £170 if you can stretch to 06 you'll have a fantastic amp that will see through many a speaker upgrade

Rotel are just a good simple honest amp nothing to go to wrong

Cant go wrong with NAD amps either just pick your poison.

I don't know what prices are like in your region, or what you get for your money. However if you look at Marantz from around 20 years ago, they often have a loudness button that boosts high and low frequencies. This can be useful for low volume listening.

The NAD C315/316 variants are all great.

I got my original 3020 'Series 20' (the first run) for £250, completely recapped and serviced. It's a marvel, and if you can find one that has been similarly well sorted you won't go wrong. Dad bought a 3120 from the same seller on eBay, who specialises in early NAD amp rebuilds. He paid a similar price.

The great thing about the 3020 is that it is endlessly repairable because of the internal quality and use of discrete components rather than lots of integrated circuits.

Thanks, I see quite a lot of used 3020 on sale, I will definitely check them out!
