Well the Samsung engineer came around and changed my motherboard which made no difference what so ever. The engineer even stated that it was unlikely it would change the issue and he was right. I phoned Samsung twice as they failed to ring me after leaving a message.

I was eventually put through to the escalation team who said they have logged my fault and now it has gone to the highest command within SAMSUNG who will see if they can resolve/FIX my second rubbish TV. I have already asked for my money back but this was dimissed where I was told I would have to wait until someone higher up could authorise this.

Would imagine I am going to get a new tv screen or any other part they can remove from inside my tv to see if they can fix it. NOT impressed and wont be buying another SAMSUNG after the issues I have had with this one.

I strongly advise if anyone gets the same issues I have had then send back the same day and not wait or be filled by rubbish by the supplier or SAMSUNG that it is meant to do it or to switch the settings off........................and dont waste your money buying a BLU RAY DVD player thinking your PS3 is at fault as it more than likely is not. :)

I rang samsung to get my money back to mate but the higher people at samsung said to my they can't do that until the tv is fixed 3 times. so the engineers have come out again and this time they have taking it away for bench testing and to put another LED screen in it. I wasn't happy I'm just sick of this tv now, I'm like you i wont be buying anther samsung. So now I'm stuck with out a tv for 10 days

guys , with all due respect , your all being very agreeable with whatever samsung is telling you , if your tvs are not performing as they should , within only a few weeks of getting them , you should demand a refund , i mean , letting them try and fix it once , i can understand , but again and again ?? being 10days without a tv ?? you shouldnt put up with that ...

MOVIEMAN , how did you get your money back. I take it looking at the thread they did not bother fixing it 3 times. I am still waiting for a reply to my issues.

If I dont get anywhere I will email this link to them and see where that gets me. More then likely with my luck court :)

mark8par I see you have the same issue, now i am no SAMSUNG engineer but your TV is not doing what it said it would on the tin. Send it back before its too late. No messing with the settings will fix it..........................sorry, if you ring SAMSUNG they will tell you to turn the 200Mhz setting to OFF.

Hopefully you have read the beginning of this thread and you will be able to self diagnose.
