Top end HDMI cable choice - QED or Chord?

The QED HDMI SR cable gets a great review from yourselves and seems to be comparable with a similar cable from Chord. Is there any real difference in quality when you look at cables in this price bracket?

I'd expect both cables to give a broadly similar performance over a typical short run of a metre or two.
