Time has finally come..

Hi All

I've had my current TV for about 7+ years now and its time for a upgrade just in time for PS4 - I've got around £1500 to spend might be able to push up to £1700 - I will mostly be using the TV for Gaming (FPSs) TV/Movies - Blu-Rays via the PS - I'm not worried about the speakers as I won't be using them due to AV receiver / Speakers so for me its all about the picture

I think I’ve narrowed it down to two

SAMSUNG UE46F8500 Smart 3D 46" LED TV

or

PANASONIC VIERA TX-L47WT65B Smart 3D 47" LED TV

Due to space i'm limited to max of 47" - Any help narrowing it down or suggestions would be great

If you want to save a bit of cash you should also consider the Samsung UE46F7000 which we tested at £1600, but can now be picked up for around £1200. Check out the latest offers on the whathifi.com shop.

The Samsung 46F8500 is just a fancy design for the Samsung 46F8000. Get deals on here and price match with John Lewis:
