There is only one place left up for grabs, though if you do miss out on full membership, sub-membership will be available.
Sub-members will be allowed to watch, and comment on the movies chosen by the full members, but they will not be able to vote for, or propose the movie of the month.
However, should a full member fail more than once to watch the movie of the month, his/her membership will be cancelled, and a sub-member will be invited to become a full member.

If it's monthly (which seems sensible) then that's probably fair enough. Although it should probably be a bit like your VAT bill, forget about missing it once after a certain time elapses.
