Thanks to Cyrus (and P Tyson)

I had a faulty Cyrus One Cast and both Cyrus and P Tyson replied within a couple of hours to my enquiry and questions.

A replacement unit arrived within 2 days.

This one worked but I still had issues connecting it my network so I contacted Cyrus again. In the meantime I unplugged the unit from the wall over night and the next day it worked fine. Go figure.

Cyrus, not knowing this replied offering to collect the unit at their cost, test it and return it within two working days.

I feel Cyrus don't often get good feedback these days but I am grateful for their response and customer service. Same for Peter Tyson.

Both highly recommended.
