Greetings. Has anyone had issues ordering from Stackaudio recently? I ordered a set of the Auva 50 on Dec. 30th and I have yet to receive an update for order tracking. How long should I wait before contacting PayPal?I’m not familiar with Stackaudio as a company. If they are just slow it’s ok, but I wish someone there would update me on where the order stands. I would rather have the Auva 50 over the IsoAcoustics Gaia II.

Email or phone Stack Audio with your order details, requesting an update on your order.

Did you receive your Auva 50s and what do you think of them?

I've had some time to live with the Auva 50s and also the Serene stabiliser. Both made a big difference. The mid range is tight. I can hear bass guitars much better. Overall bass is more controlled. Highs have more of a natural sound. I'll be honest and say it took me a couple years to come around to these tweaks and now I'm mad at myself for not doing it sooner. My listening room is on the second story of my house and the builders used the engineered I-joists in the floor. Some call them bouncy. They do carry vibrations, so I'm sure I benefitted from the Auva 50s more than usual.

You could buy a new turntable for the cost of that stabiliser.....
