It has Pre Outs so it should be possible without any problem. I am using sub with Arcam A-19 connected to stereo amp Pre Outs and it works fine (for movies).

Question is can you connect AVR and M3i at the same time to sub as I assume you would like to use sub for movies (AVR) and music (M3i)?

Another question is does it make sense to use sub that you have for music? I dont have expiriance with your sub but it looks to me more on the "movies side" than music.

I am using with A-19 and R100 with some cheap(ish) Monitor Audio sub and it is great for movies and so-so for music as when it kicksin it can muddy the great sound that is coming from R100 as it is more vibrating that having good and fast punch.

BTW did M3i arrived? ;-)

I find(thru stereo playback via avr)that the sound stage is alot wider when using the sub, however the R100's realy do pack a tight punch..so unsure of if i'll use just 2 channel or 2.1 via avr.I suspected that the sub couldn't realy be conected to the stereo amp,but had to ask ;)

I'm hoping i can pick it up on friday, once its in front of me i'll be able to see where everything goes, and give it a work out :)
