Good Luck anyone trying to give up smoking this month, I did it 9 years ago today and the money I've saved even at 2014 prices is ridiculous! I used vapes for a month to help then quit that.

If you need any extra motivation go read the "Whats your dream system?" thread, at todays prices I reckon I'd pay for any system mentioned there so far in about three years.

My mother was a heavy smoker. I hated it but, it put me off smoking for good.

After one night in my early twenties, when I awoke in the belfry of the village church, with no idea how I got there and, then had a three day hangover! I drifted away from drinking and now drink very little, just the odd pint of good real ale.
