I have an old Toshiba stereo that I want to connect and FM aerial to so that I can receive FM radio.
The antenna connections ones that screw down, trapping a wire and making the connection.
I want to use a length of co-axiel cable and connect an old TV aerial (analogue) to the other end.
My question is, do I connect the co-axial cable to the 75ohm or 300ohm connection.
Also, is the ground a common terminal for both the FM and AM aerials?
Thanks,
Dave.
P.S. If someone would tell me how to uploda a photo, I would be happy to do so.
