Speakers for Rega Brio 3

I've decided to buy a Brio 3 for £248 which is a bit of a bargain and wondered what standmounts would be a good match. I've spotted a pair of RS1's in mint condition for £279 and Quad 11L2's for £250 new. I'm tempted by the Quad's just because they look gorgeous which is ok I suppose if I just want to look at them. I've read that the Quad's are fussy about partnering with electronics so would this be good or bad with the Brio 3? Thanks

Rega RS1s would be the best match IMO. Rega works best with Rega.

Yeah, I'd say go with the Rega's too. Also I've had this experience that the better the speakers performs, the better they look, (at least for me). The same way that I think that some nice girls (good personality) is more attractive/looks better than some "not so nice" girls
