Sony BDP-S350 under a £100

Please advise guys, am looking to make first blu-ray purchase, was going to hold off until xmas/new year for seasonal bargains but having seen this machine from a local sony dealer for under a ton i'm very interested. What i'm probably trying to ask is for another £100 quid am i really going to get anything noticebly superior in terms of video/audio playback.

If this is a brand new unit that comes with a full manufacturer's warranty, go for it. Great deal.
