sky pin number

Ive just tried to view a recorded movis and i need to enter a pin number.

Its says my pin number is in my terms and conditions document but it isent.

Ive also tried to reset it on my sky but it says it cant do it at the moment please try later.

Can anyone tell me where abouts this pin number is susposed to be printed?

Is it on a loose sheet or within the document booklet or stuck on a page somewhere.

Also tried ringing sky but it sent me round the houses as per usual.

I changed my pin ages ago to a simple to remember number but I am sure the default pin is the last 4 numbers on your viewing card. If that doesn't work I'm afraid it'll be the sky customer service route.
