Signal transfer from an Apple device with lightning port to a headphone with type-c port

I've got a Bluedio T Monitor bt headphones that also offers connectivity through type-c to 3.5mm cable. I've been using it for, like, 5 years and love its performance, especially when using it with its cable. However, I recently switched to an Apple device with lightning port and I wonder if I can use it with my iPhone through a lightning to type-c cable.

I have used a Lightening to USB to run a Dragonfly and it works. £10 off A/zon and you can probably find out. Alternatively, could you use a 3.5mm cable (both ends) into the regular Apple Lightening to 3.5mm?
