I have just purchased a pair of Monitor AUdio GOld G5 200s as well as the Gold G5 250 Centre. I am wondering should I allow the speakers a time to run in before performing the Auddessey on my Denon 6400H ? I hear a lot how speakers need hours and hours to develop to their full potential......How many hours of play should I allow before the auddessey should be performed ?

Many listeners claim they heard their speakers change. Far fewer believe they became used to them.
Can you run it now, and then in a couple of weeks, then you can tell us all whether you can prove running in actually occurs.
By the way, new speakers do need to acclimatise to warm rooms, especially during these cooler months.
