Sennheiser Momentum 2.0 model differences

Hi, I'm looking for some wireless headphones to use, mainly with a Mac, but possibly on occaision, with iphone/ipad.

These Sennheisers get good reviews, but I'm confused with the different models. Wireless on-ear (model 506385) seem to be about a third cheaper than wireless around-ear (506250) on two different internet shops.

There's nothing on the sites to suggest any special offers, so is there some significant difference between the two models I am missing?

I can't vouch for the wireless, but Sennheiser's around-ear Momentum is far, far better in every way than their Momentum On-Ear.
