even better deal - might be worth keeping an eye on play this weekend for othre offers on cans as sure these were not this price this morning as went through all the senn headphones on play

That a bit of a swizz ,opened up an account to buy some hd600s.In the few minutes it took me to open account they went back up to £250 !!

There must of been a mistake there the above link even says £250 now

Nope they were definitely £99.99 earlier. Looks like they're out of stock at play now, only available from AskDirect...

Yeh they were ,but in the 5 mins it took me to open account they had gone upto £250 more than 650s!

I reckon theres been a mistake there somewhere down the line 595s still a good price though even Amazon want over £200 for 600s

Play do this all the time, and I always seem to miss their bargains. Before christmas I missed the HD650's going for £165 but I got some Denon D2000's instead from somewhere else for £160 so that sorter equals itself out, but I keep watching those 650's, waiting.

Bought them and sold them again. No improvement over my very old hd540 ref''s soundwise. Plus that if the cable touches your arm or clothes the noise is transferred to the cans, very poor isolation, so you can't move using them... There are comfortable indeed.

I do need new earpads for the 540 - they are not longer available unfortunately, so if someone has a suggestion (or alternatives that fit) let me know.
