Second hand Technics Amp & CD player? Best options?

Hi

I recently purchased a Technics RS-AZ6 from ebay for £22, was looking to buy an RS-BX501 but bidding seems to go a bit crazy for them.

Anyway I posted previously about wanting a new amp and am considering getting some more second hand Technics seperates from eBay.

Can anyone suggest what would be the best Technics amp and CD player to get. Obviously buying second hand reliabilty is my main concern. The SU-A300 etc have the same style as the tape deck but is this a good amp?

I mostly use my amp for dj'ing by the way, if its any help

Very good price, respectable in its time. The SU series (1997ish) was well reviews but I never heard them. I believe WHF said it's a smooth, easy on the ears kinna amp with enough power to drive most speakers no problem.......it didn't get 5 stars though.
