Your techspec for the Pioneer SC-LX71 receiver doesn't say anything about the DACs.

Can they handle 88kHz 24bit and 96kHz 24bit audio from an media streamer via one of the HDMI inputs?

Does a streamer exist that can handle FLAC format 88/24 and 96/24 resolution files?

LaCinema Classic HD. It even has a built in HDD and can act as a NAS to stream files to other devices.
