Rotel RA-11

I am considering replacing my Arcam rDac and Arcam 7r with the new Rotel RA-11. It seems to have everything I need to power my MA RX1 speakers - and for less than £500. However, the Wolfson DAC looks to be slightly inferior (WM8740 rather than 8741) – although I might be wrong. Does anyone know whether it’s a significantly inferior DAC?

There will be other aspects of these products that will make bigger differences than the DAC itself. The more 'inferior'DAC won't be a slouch 🙂

Can you play MP3/WAV/FLAC files from a USB stick......will the folders/titles be visible at the front display ?
