We switched from Heinz beans to Tesco, cheaper and, less water, more beans.
Also, 6 of the 31 rocket motors on the first stage, didn't fire. Beats me how they can still class it as a success.A rocket that blows itself to pieces has merely expeienced a "rapid unscheduled disassembly".
Thoroughly Unexpected Rapid Disassembly. I'll let you abbreviate it.A rocket that blows itself to pieces has merely expeienced a "rapid unscheduled disassembly".
If that's a success, I wouldn't fancy being onboard one of their failures 🤔Also, 6 of the 31 rocket motors on the first stage, didn't fire. Beats me how they can still class it as a success.
That bit made me think of a real driving hate.....or let them through a gap not wide enough for two (pedestrian and car).
I remember a friend of mine saying, he wished he had an old Land Rover, with a scaffolding pole bumper on the front (used to be popular with farmers in Somerset, so they could use it to push things), so he could just take car doors off when idiots open them as he was passing. That bit made me think of a real driving hate.
You will know the situation:
Road barely (but obviously) wide enough for 3 cars.
Car coming toward you with one parked on his side.
You're as far over to your left as you can be.
He goes round it, still coming toward you.
Fair enough.....BUT:
He allows enough room for the PARKED car to (fully) open its door!.
It happens so often, strangely most often to me on the widest road in my area.
If you've ever found yourself muttering "get over you ****" you will know precisely what I mean.
They're letting the highway code override common sense. Don't force the oncoming vehicle against the curb - if the parked car door opens, it deserves to be smashed off.
In that circumstance, it's not practical to give it room to open to its full extent - as so many seem to do.
Fixed your post!but some adults can still fit in them
Bye!People that post excessively on forums.

Oh yes, Eurotat. Hate, despise, pointless....Eurovision.
(Abba fans know that they were good enough to have been successful without it).
Think we are all sad. No wonder I don't have any friends....People that post excessively on forums.

Yep, I live in Chelsea tractor Tom land.Following on from the above: Chelsea tractor drivers who refuse to give sufficient room on country lanes, basically driving in the centre of the road. If I'm going in the gutter to pass you then so are you, I've even recently played chicken with them to force them over into the gutter, they have 4 wheel drive I don't.
Why do cars get bigger and bigger with each incarnation, have we become a nation of tubbies, I certainly haven't. Saw an old Mini yesterday and it looked tiny, but adults can still fit in them.
Just as Chinese car manufacturer SAIC, are doing with MG.BMW have milked the great name to death. Sheesh!
They certainly have, PP, that Countryman is one fugly car. Some cars should stay small as bigger incarnations just don't work, e.g. Mini, Fiat 500. The Mini I saw the other day was an original Countryman, fantastic cars original Mini's 🙂 Why do we need bigger?Yep, I live in Chelsea tractor Tom land.
While on the subject of enlarged cars, the new Mini Countryman. It's bigger than my Alfa Sportwagon, shouldn't it be called a Maxi?

Couldn't agree more. Years ago I owned a 1977 Mini 1275GT, with the Clubman interior and front end. Lovely car. They certainly have, PP, that Countryman is one fugly car.
