RJ45 connector crimper tool

I'm installing cables to various sockets in rooms. Is the crimper tool worth my while buying - I'm literally only having to connect 10 or so connectors. How does it actually work, I can't imagine how it connects all the strands. Will I be Ok without it?

It's not the cost of the tool, it's the hours you waste trying to get them on correctly,if you are talking about putting the RJ45 jacks onto cable.

Wiring the receiving modules/sockets is a piece of cake in comparison if that's what you are referring to.
