Anyone shopped from their online store before ? , thinking of getting one of those dacmagic thingies .

Yep, a while back. What I did recieve was faulty, but to their credit they shipped a replacement next day - couldn't fault them really - I always think that it's not how the company act when things go right, but how they react with things go wrong that matters. RS were excellent.

Yup, got a friend an all-in-one system online, plus my Sony S550 Blu-Ray player.

I ordered my DacMagic from Richer Sounds online, they took a few days to send it but I got it in the end.
