Hey Guys!!

My post today is on the Sony Bravia 42W80 really looking for some feedback on this model.

I know 42W80 has Motionflow XR 400HZ which will be grand for Sports & Gamers.

I want to know more on the performance aspect how does the Passive 3D fare on a 42" SCREEN

Picture & Sound enhancements: what's the noise reduction like
SD/HD stand up?!

Can anyone pitch a better 42" model for around £600 ~ £800

Thanks in advance for any tech support... Stuart.W.D

40 inch Samsung:

Little over budget.

Thanks for the link!

Looks a good buy i may pay over my budget

If anyone can recommend a model in budget that would be awesome also

Thanks a million!!

No probs. Price match at John Lewis and then claim a further £75 cash back makes it £800:

Good deal!

This one slightly over budget too:

Then you have the ST60 42 inch but that was is not too good with gaming but in budget at £700.

Great now i just need to decide on a T.V model ( In Your Opinion) which one would be your pick!?

I'm a big Samsung fan i like the style but i'm not to sure if i want to downgrade to a 40" screen

Panasonic does seem to tick the correct boxes i may pop in to my local retail store tomorrow for a closer look.

I think I would try and buy one that was at John Lewis. That way you can easily return it if something was not quite right. I think I have a slight preference for the Samsung but best to demo both and see what you think.
