heya guys! just to update you that they are investigating my problem now, hopefully i get a good outcome in the next day or two from all of this. Cheers for the info bigblue!
 
hi guys! just to update you all, i have recieved an email saying I am able to have a replacement unit 🙂 So a big thank you to all the people who posted some great info here and comet sorting out my problem. Just a tip to those guys who have a similar problem, just to stick it out! I took me a little while but its worth it! 😀
