Remote - equipment in another room??!!

Does anybody out there know of a remote that will control mutiple items (telly, sky, blue-ray, amp etc), with the equipment in another room (not the telly [🙂] )

I have seen remote senders for single items but not for mutiple [*-)]

please help, because we are changing all equip in next few weeks and this is what we (her indoors) wants to achieve, i want all gadgets, she does not want to see it [😀]
