Are these relatively new products going to be reviewed any time soon? There's a new version of the Brio out and the Apollo's been available for a while, yet no review in WHIFI. I'm a little confused, do you guys just not like them as a brand, or don't they send any samples for review? A lot of us would be interested in how the rate individually and as a system.

Thanks

Erm, we gave the Apollo CD player Product of the Year back in October! Which made two products of the year for Rega in the 2007 Awards (turntable of the year, too).

Apollo plus matching Mira amp and R3 speakers also tested in current, January issue.

Admittedly, Brio to come yet. But we're working on it

Oops must have missed that issue, or perhaps it's not even out yet in New Zealand.

Awards issue came out between November and December issues - so am hoping it's made it to NZ by now (though they do tend to get snapped up v.quickly...)

This will be so much easier for all of us next year, when we've got all the product reviews online!

If the reviews are going to be online....then why would we buy the magazine?

A Rega dealer from elsewhere in the country tells me that the Brio 3 amp is actually much preferable to the Mira and that this makes a better match to the Apollo than its more expensive sibling. It would be interesting to see how the Rega system would have fared in the supertest using the Brio 3 amp.....
