I purchased a cd off them the other day Kula shaker but got to track 6 and jumping like crazy. But they issued refund straight away so mustnt grumble. Only because I couldn't afford the 190 pound for a first pressing in vynl format. Kick my self for not buying that in the 90s on vynl when it first came out.

I have a few of Kula shaker CDs . ive had no issues so far just ordered 4 more.

Been looking at vynl racks recently think it may be time to start stack upwards instead of out words . Either side of my "listen to music recliner" is baskets full of vynl. Wife keeps complaining my vynl taking up to much space. Feel like saying "darling I don't complain about how many pairs of shoe's or handbags you have don't complain about my vynl. "

Looking at the prices of some used CDs now like £25.00 i think they will become more expensive going forward like vinyl .

Good I got 1000s of them stored in my computer room in boxes. May get some money back eventually. Won't part with my vynl but don't mind selling some CDs to buy more vynl.

See if I can get round to making a list was debating buying a record last night by iron butterfly and decided to listen to a few of there songs today which lead me to a question I listened to in gadda da vida and now I'm wondering who ripped who's riff off iron butterfly or black Sabbath?

So latest eBay purchase just arrived best not tell the missus bless her so she has purchased a modern repress of this for me for Christmas but she accidently got the wrong one she got the version done my multiple bands so she then went and purchased the correct version reprint but then I stumbled across this 1970s press going cheap on eBay and while it was late at night when I thought that's to cheap not to buy with 5 minutes left on the auction I won it so soon to have 3 different versions but can't grumble good tunes and will now have a backup of a backup.

Wow not untill I started this thread I begin to realise how many records I am buying a month well as long as the wife doesn't see my posts think I'm safe all though I came upstairs before with another vynl still in the packaging and she said "another record really" think I got away with this one told her I bought it for the daughter as she loves Kiss. Straight through to the bedroom to play it on my player daughters out my excuse I had to test it if she asks.lets just hope the wife is at work when the others arrive.

2 arrivals from eBay last night rainbow and strange days but just got a chance to look at them after a heavy night out at a rage against the machine tribute band last night 8 or 9 bottles of Newcastle brown ale later. Rocked down to the record shop later this morning and picked up a few gems.

Be cautious, I managed to trash a £600 cartridge a while ago after not so many beers...
Now I just play CDs if I have had a few, the turntable is out of bounds...
