Don’t forget Joseph Swan…The media are all calling Ozzy, "The Prince of Darkness".
However, we all know that, that epitaph belongs to Joseph Lucas.

Had to look him up. I should think being an occultist nicknamed "The Wickedest Man In the World," makes him a good candidate for Prince of Darkness. The demon Crowley, in Pratchett and Gaiman's Good Omens, is named after him. There's me thinking it was Alistair Crowley....
A fear of darkness led him to invent the lightbulb.....possibly.Don’t forget Joseph Swan…
Pretty sure we had candles back thenA fear of darkness led him to invent the lightbulb.....possibly.
I'll take your word for that grandad 👍Pretty sure we had candles back then
In that sense, you're right. Crowley was a twisted f*ck.Had to look him up. I should think being an occultist nicknamed "The Wickedest Man In the World," makes him a good candidate for Prince of Darkness. The demon Crowley, in Pratchett and Gaiman's Good Omens, is named after him.
Indeed. remember 2007 when 30,000 Hatton fans went to Las Vegas to watch him against Mayweather. Not many boxers can sell 30,000 tickets at home, never mind half way around the World. Ricky Hatton RIP.RIP Ricky Hatton. Very sad news, the people’s champion.
I have his autobiography and I am not really into boxing.Indeed. remember 2007 when 30,000 Hatton fans went to Las Vegas to watch him against Mayweather. Not many boxers can sell 30,000 tickets at home, never mind half way around the World. Ricky Hatton RIP.

You little devil 👿 you!I told my wife some time ago, that at my funeral, I want The road To Hell played.
The Pogues song with Kirsty MacCol, the Fairy Tale of New York probably edges it.I'd be lying if I said that was one of my Christmas favourites.
He asked Warner not to release it - but knew they would. (I think he was glad they did).
Came across as a very decent, normal bloke in an interview I heard - and bandmates said he didn't really want to be out front, not one for the stardom.
Must admit that and the Chris Rea sort of tie for me....but we can't all like the same things 😉The Pogues song with Kirsty MacCol, the Fairy Tale of New York probably edges it.
