He was the star in Unforgiven. I picked Jackie Brown UHD 4k Blu-ray in preference to Clint Eastwood's movie but I need to revisit, nice to have for my collection, one memorable movie with the late great Gene Hackman RIP

I heard them mention the death of an Upstairs Downstairs actress on Radio 4 News.
(But you can add that and Doc Who to the list of things I've never watched).

I see she got 14 more years than both George Foreman and Andy Peebles.

It's a shame what's happened to Dr. Who, it's become wokified, the essence of it, seems to have been sucked out.

I don't know about woke but, I do think good stories have gone out the window, with all the emphasis now on the programme looking flash instead. It's gone downhill a lot since David Tennant and Matt Smith.

She must've been 90 odd, if not 100 - and looked her age.
My workmates cruelly called her Davros - though not to her face.
(There was an uncanny likeness).

A belated RIP to her - and I'm sorry I found their cruelty somewhat amusing.
