Is there any difference between the 16g and 32g models, other than the memory? A shop assistant mentioned that the 32g model is more responsive but he didn't seem very sure.

Is it easy and quick to access e-mail servers, view e-mail, and reply with attachments from the phone?

Is the phone compatible with excel, word and adobe? Can documents be edited, or only viewed?

Thanks for your assistance.

exactly the same....

sometimes I think that shop assistants just make stuff up... I do like asking questions regarding gadgets and gizmos when I semi-know the answer.

sorry -- I should answer all the questions you pose.

It IS quick and easy to access email. You can read attachments such as DOC or PDF or EXCEL... You can even compose docs, spreadsheets or text files using an app called QuickOffice -- something I never need to do.

There's not a lot you can't do on the iphone... if the ease-of-use, ridiculously impressive games and built-in ipod don't win you over, the downloadable apps really set it apart from anything else.
