hi, i am not sure i have the correct name here even though i read the mag at the weekend, but it think its Q Acoustics Qav (the new 600pound surround sound). it states that the Front speaker bar can fit under any LCD tv but in the summary under 'against' it states you will need a new tv stand, does this mean that it wont fit height wise with an existing LCD shelf stand? - i was also thinking of getting the equinox av1 shelving unit but with this surround will i have to get a shelving unit with a 'raised' tv column to gain enough height rather than sit it on a shelf?

Hi - there is a table-top stand available for the QAV - just got one myself (got a good deal from my dealer when bought with the QAV system) - enables you to use it with most A/V furniture.

Could you tell me what you think to the sound of the Q-AV system? As it is quite new I have not read many reviews other than in magazines and am looking to purchase this set up myself.Thanks
