PS3 & Panny TH37PX70 - panning judder?

I have the Panasonic TH37PX70 & a PS3. Whilst watching certain BD discs there is a lot of judder on slow panning shots (noticeably Planet Earth). I was under the impression from What Hifi that the Panasonic could handle 24fps. Anybody else got this setup? Do you have the same issue?

when looking for my 42 researched the pz70 series apparently they suffered judder so i waited for the new 80/5 series that were 24fps compatible, i think youll find your tv does an uneven pulldown 3:2 ratio which causes this
