problem with channel emblems or scoreboards in sports always top left & right of screen scaring the screen still visible for some time after watching ,when watching something else .i have contacted pioneer 3 times who keep giving me remedies but no prevention for example if i watch a world cup rugby match now & then change channel i will still be able to faintly see the score board in the top left hand of the picture for some hours.does anyone else have this experience and what can be done to prevent it happening?

Screen burn can be an issue with Plasma's, although as I understand it, setting the brightness/contrast levels correctly often prevents this. Have you turned down these levels since you got it, or are they still set at the factory default? See other threads on here "how to improve your TV performance" or something like that.
