All you have to do to find out if it's being 'impeded' is to monitor the AC voltage going into the amp and whack it up loud. Little or no change in voltage means it can't be affecting things.
What is surprising to learn about these 'specialist' hi-fi manufacturers is that they rarely do any measurements or even know how to, despite bragging how the huge price margins over actual production are innovative R&D. There were several occassions where customers with EE background have outed these cottage industry businesses on their ignorance in designing a decently performing equipment, let alone one as superior upgrade over stock solutions. This IMO might be the cause (aside from expectation bias) why some have heard drop in performance buying fancy cased, garage factory assembled, power filters and conditioners.
The fancy case and flashy advertising fools the dentists and lawyers how these are reputable industry names with impressive human and technological resources. Fact is they are not. No quality components and blingy aluminium cases can compensate for the lack of electronic design knowledge a company like Behringer, Marantz, Harman, Samsung, LG or Sony has in spades available 24/7. Overengineered badly designed products are the sins of niche manufacturers, and underengineered well designed products are the sins of economy of scale industries.

I suppose there is such a thing as allowing the amp to perform to its full potential, without being unimpeded. If you want technical details, give Isotek a ring....they were a helpful bunch when I met them in Belfast a few years ago (they were over demonstrating their Super Titan at the Audio Show).
They make the product and 6moons promotes it. I'd rather hear from independant sources that have no vested financial interest in the matter. Isotek and 6moons want me to believe cleaning the mains AC is expensive and innovative business. I am skeptical that I need to clean the mains better than the millitary in order to hear music properly.
