listen before you buy, go to Richer Sounds for a start. try the Audio Technica ES55,
I think its a bargain and better than the T50P that I also own.
In that price range you should also listen to the HD25.
I have an E7 its ok, I use it for the DAC with my Nokia N8 and it does match sweetly with the ES55.
But if you truly want a great sound get a better amp first, maybe a GS Voyager
they sound good...............if you take the Pads off first!
