Hello All,

We live in a block of flats and have a Panasonic TV with built in freeview tuner. For the last 6 months or so the reception of freeview channels have been very poor. This morning my wife reprts we have 1, 2 and 107 or somesuch. Often many of the channels suffer from severe blocking and pixellation. What are the possible causes? If it's to do with locality I live in Aberdeen.

It's a communal aerial Andy. I do have an indoor one but never thought of trying with that. It's pretty ugly though so I don't really want it in the living room.

Without giving to much away with your address, where abouts in Aberdeen are you? I used to stay at the bottom of Crown Street and the reception for both Sky and Freeview was terrible. Mainly due to a) loads of trees in the surrounding area and b) being at the low point in the city. Therefore depending on location an internal aerial wont make any difference.
