How often do you run pixel clean on your TV ?. I dont leave mine in standby very often thats when its meant to do a clean.
Ive just done a pixel clean and shocked how diffrent the picture looks so much smoother and sharper.

My LG Oled does it's job on standby. It's a Godsend because my wife keeps leaving it on, on static display and keep telling her, it's not LCD!
Oh bless, 🤣

In the early days of OLED we had an elderly customer who unplugged his TV when he switched it off. The Panasonic never got to do the pixel clean (did it automatically when in standby) within months his screen was ruined with burn in. We tried everything to help the customer and to try and get his TV replaced, Panasonic just kept saying "user abuse". That is until the customer's son got involved i don't know what he said but Panasonic gave him a new TV.

Unless it clearly states it in the Users Manual then it clearly isn't user abuse because turning things off is common practice as far as I am concerned.

That's what Panasonic kept coming back with "The user manual says don't unplug / switch off at the mains". We sent it back to Panasonic, they plugged a computer in the back and emailed us the data, unplugged/switched off at the mains every time customer had finished watching TV and never gone through it's maintenance program. So they sent the TV back to us. Our Panasonic rep even got involved to try and get the customer a new TV. Pana wouldn't budge until the customer's son got involved.
