Pioneer VSX-LX52 Review

Hi Guys, any news on a review of the above amp. Just taken delivery of the BDP-LX52 player and wondered would this be a good match?

I know speaker pairings are important, but can anyone recommend a good system to go with Pioneer amps? My budget for the speakers would be about a grand (could go a little more if pushed).

really really dissappointed by the VSX-LX52 review. doesnt really
tell us much, but "its not as good as the Sony's" seems to be the
obvious message. a kinds "its alright" review.

I have been buying my components in a very odd
way, so i bought the TV, pio lx5090, then the speakers, kef 3005SE,
then the ps3, then the PlayTv, then the missing peice was meant to be
this amp.....but the review didnt really make my mind up for me....so i
guess, to keep everything looking gorgeous, this amp still is worth it
for the around £900.
