Philips Ambilight Problem?

One of my ambilight's has died on me, the one on the right when you look at the tv. Any ideas on bringing it back to life?

I have tried tapping on it, no success, tried speaking to it, no success.

I am now starting to wander if I will ever see it glow again.

Any ideas, help gratefully received.

Interesting stuff that, thanks Tried reset factory settings, did not work though the sound got alot louder know, I now have a number to contact, thanks
