Anybody knows what this stands for ?

And how about watching fast moving images like football, no ghosting?

watching fast moving sports won't be a problem as long as you have the hd natural motion switched off.

Most Philips products have a letter then a / then a couple of numbers on the end. It just indicates a model made for that specific market - maybe the tuner provision or set-up is different, or maybe the company just wants to keep an eye on where the products shipped into a particular market end up.

the H means it has mpeg4 tuner the 12 I guess all new models are 12..
