Good news, can you confirm the serial number so we can see what week it was made?

I think the major issues are with Sky 3D and PS3 3D.

I saw this tv in john lewis a week ago, then went there today and it had been removed from demo and just has an empty space now, not sure why though.

Now that you rigged a direct line to Philips, is it possible to pop some questions regarding the 21:9 models;

1) Is it true that a 52" 21:9 will be released later this year?

2) Is this 52" a 9000, or a 7000 with matte screen ?

3) The new design-your-TV, will this, in the near future, include an option for matte or reflective screen ?
