i have a panasonic dmp bd80 blu ray player.i bought modified to play all discs.it now won't play discs of any regions but it plays dvds ok.any help please

I assume you mean it won't play Bluray discs....

Sounds like a faulty lens. When Lens go they do tend to exhit odd traits, for example when the lens in an xbox 360 goes it can play dvd's but it will not read games. At a guess this seems to be the issue with your's.
