Alchris Audio Speakers

Does anyone here on What Hi-Fi have any experience with Alchris Audio Speakers. It's a a one man company situated in West Yorkshire. Alan David Clarke hand manufactures all his speakers himself. He used to run Kralk I believe.

I'm not suggesting you should be interested, but if you are just Google Alchris Audio Speakers. They're quite a new company so not many reviews. I believe he started Alchris Audio, by making a set of copies of the famous Celestion Ditton 66. Anyway for a hand made speaker with some quite nice design features, the price looks reasonable. There's a waiting list for them. His company Facebook page is quite interesting to look at.

I heard them briefly at the Wigwam show in Stoke last year. They look lovely but I could not gauge the sound in a busy room.

Please can you edit your title to make it more informative? “Alchris speakers” is probably sufficient.

Ha ha, certainly won't be ordering a set of them. Can't afford it.
