Panasonic tx32lxd70 or lxd700?

After much head scratching (and getting somewhat confused) i decided to get a tx32lxd700 as it seemed to be the best 32" lcd around at the moment. But on looking at the sepc of the lxd70 i see that the only difference between the 2 is that the lxd700 has better sound, an sd card reader and a split screen mode or have i missed something? If the picture quality is the same and as i dont need the last 2 fetures, would i be better of saving the £150 difference and spending it on a cheep av system? ( such as the Sony htddw890 for £209 or a yamaha av61 system) Any help will be much aprciated, its all to confuseing !
