SONY KDL-40X2000

WE WATCH MOVIES, SOAPS, SPORT AND WILL BE PLAYING GAMES THROUGH A PS3.

I KNOW THERES A BIG PRICE DIFFERANCE BUT IS THE SONY WORTH IT?? .....PLEASE HELP!!

Go for the pz70 very good ! fans are very quiet , i cant hear mine ,well only if you go right up to it and stick your ear next to them !!! i think screen burn is now a thing of the past with new models and i have not experienced it yet , just put it on cinema mode for around 100 hours to bed it in if you go for the pz !!! i was looking at the kdlv3000 and glad i didnt go the lcd route , will stick to plasma from now on ! im sure most people will agree with the pz as most people seem to have recently purchased one themselves on here !! I watch movies , sport etc and play the wii on mine with no probs , i even watched a pay to veiw hd film last night on my virgin v+ box and picture was stunning (im also using a chord hd 1.5m cable) even my friend who has just got the new toshiba 40inch picture frame lcd tv said my picture was much better then his !!!!!
