Panasonic SC-BTT755EBK setup issue

Bought this system on recomendation from What HiFi but we don't seem to be able to play Sky HD through the Surround Sound?

Followed the manual but confused about ARC, AUX and Digital In settings, don't know if this has anything to do with it?

Can anyone tell us where we are going wrong? PLEASE HELP!

Sky HD can only output Surround Sound /dolby 5.1 via an optical cable

Ok, off to Currys we go.

Should we select digital in for surround sound the when watching Sky HD?

Sky Box would need to be set as Digital Output in settings

The Panasonic cinema in box would need the input to be set as optical or something. I dont have the

Panasonic SC-BTT755EBK so i cant give you step by step guide
