Panasonic or Sony?

32" LCD TV purchase imminent. 4 panasonics and 2 sonys in the frame. Prices ranging from £400 - £650 for these models on internet sales sites.

My gut instinct is that I can't go wrong and I needn't deliberate too hard as each of them will probably be great.

Am I wrong?

Do these firms make below par models or are they all good quality sets?
