Had this now for a couple of years, its not connected to an external aerial only to Virgin + through cable. I still have not had any software updates for it, upon reading the manual it says to tune the tuner to one of the BBC stations, however no aerial = no tuning.
Is there another way of updating the software?
Thanks in advance. BTW nothing actually "wrong" with the telly just feel am missing out on something. Again thanks for your time.
