Onkyo TX-SR605 Firmware

Does anybody know what the button sequence is to decifer what firmware version is on the Onkyo TX-SR605 ?

If you goto there website http://www.eu.onkyo.com/firmware/firmware_en_5771160.php

and punch in your serial number it will tell you if you need the update or not. Looks like it is only the very early 605s that need updating.
